As I see it you have 3 choices 1.It works the same way as with a annoying dog, just complain about it if he keeps you awake and maybe they have to get rid of it in 2 years. 2. Hire Newman he knows how to make animals disappear (though he specializes at dogs) 3. As many already suggested put that **** in your mouth and chew, it will shut him up.
