Buy a drum set and play while she's practicing, that'll make it too hard for her to concentrate and she'll give up or find somewhere else to practice!

Felt the same way 3 yrs ago when my step daughter decided to pretend to learn that just so she could go on a trip to Disney Land with her 10th grade high school marching band & it cost us $1600....for her to good off w/her boyfriend who was also in it
