My brothers AND my dad AND my grandma often call me by my sister's name

Sometimes parents confuse names. My mom has called me by all of my siblings names, then my step father's name before she finally called me by my own name. Don't take it to heart and just laugh it off OP.

All brains have unique strengths and weaknesses. Some mix up names easily. It doesn't have to be significant. That said, it might be that your mom could benefit from getting out more from in front of the TV.

I'm an only child and my mother is the type to confuse names. Sometimes she runs through a list of her sisters or the pets before she gets to me. Just laugh it off! :)
