Today, I went to the movies alone after the boy I was seeing told me he was busy studying for exams. I found him making out with another girl whilst in the queue. When I confronted him by text he denied that it was him. I saw him check the text and reply. FML

Today, I was watching a movie alone, after receiving a text from my boyfriend saying that his grandma was at the hospital, so he couldn't go with me. I caught him on a date with another girl, at the same movie screening that I went to. FML

Today, I went to the movies with my boyfriend. We went inside the theatre and he saw a couple of his friends. Instead of saying hi and coming back to watch the movie with me, he ditched me for them. When I reminded him he was forgetting something, he grabbed the popcorn out of my hands and left. FML

Today, I asked a buddy of mine if he wanted to go see a movie. He said he was busy, so I decided to go alone. Midway through, the couple behind me was making out and kicking my seat. I turned around, and it's my ex-girlfriend making out with my buddy. FML

Today, I went to the movies with a girl I like, then we went to grab a bite afterwards. She spent most of the time telling me how much she dislikes my best friend because he hooked up with a new girl. I then found out the two had been "talking" for a while. FML

Hey, this is not an FML, you dodged a bullet. Look at the bright side, he would have had you believe he was studying, but now you know he's an untrustworthy scumbag. Don't waste your time getting down for this, I'm sure there's tons of better men Down Under. Take it as a blessing, maybe a hint that you should open your emotions a little less to people you haven't really gotten to see both sides of... when you find someone worth opening up for emotionally, you'll know his flaws and be okay with it. Clearly that wasn't the case here. Chin up and get back on the prowl :)

This goes to "JohnyJackhammer" After reading your reply i just wanted to say thank you. even tho this is NOT my FML, i just went threw the same experience. (except i didnt text him, i walked up to him and we got into a hugeeee fight in a parking lot) all of my friends kept telling me to either leave him or give him a second chance... but it was your comment that really made me realize hes an ass and i dont want to be with a guy like that. sooo thank you. To the OP, you shouldnt have texted him and you should have slapped him, like like everyone is saying. i know how you feel and i agree, dont get upset about it, hes not worth it. =D

true for point 1 but for point 2 if he was in college or in summer school or some institute or wishing to take a police exam or something, then its possible hes taking an exam thats in august.

I have to agree with some of the peeps on here...Why wouldn't you walk right up to him & say something like: "Hey listen(insert name here) my cousin is really sorry about giving you those Herpes last year, but she just recently found out she tested positive for syphilis & you're the last guy she's slept with...So you might wanna go see your doctor! Ok?" Or just punch the maggot square in the mouth! Either way, better off without him in my opinion.
