Today, I was was leaving the library when I noticed an elderly woman being mugged. I was about to leave on my bike, but promptly went to help her. After I managed to scare off the mugger, I helped her to her car. As I was heading back to my bike, I notice the mugger riding off on it. FML

Just remember that you did the right thing. You may not think of it, but you are a hero in this woman's eyes for helping her when she was defenseless. I just hope that you get your bike back from that mugger and that he goes to jail.

Are you kidding me? I can run a 4:27 mile and I can't chase down anyone but small asian girls on bikes. Anyone with a reasonable level of fitness can outbike me when I'm running. It's a different story if I'm on a bike but I digress...
