Today, I was told by one of my bridesmaids that she can't afford the travel costs to get to my wedding, after telling me that she didn't need me to organize alternate free travel for her. I'm getting married in less than two weeks. FML

It's called life. Ask if she wants to take you up on your offer now, if not... then in the grand scheme of things how important is this? Honestly, it's not like it's the GROOM saying he can't make it.

As someone who recently had to tell her best friend she can’t afford to fly to Mexico for her wedding, try to understand. I was going to be able to go but then life happens so you never know what’s going on in her life.
