Today, I was at the mall with my mom. She was pissing me off, so I started screaming at her and causing a scene. I ended up falling all the way down the up escalator. Everyone saw and people clapped. FML

Today, I was riding up an escalator in the mall in uncomfortable high heels. While adjusting my bag I suddenly lost my balance and began flailing wildly. In desperation I hurled forward and ended up grabbing a teenage boy's buttocks and was promptly slapped by his girlfriend. FML
Today, while at the mall, I was traveling up the escalator on my way to the food court. When I neared the top, the handrail severely shocked me, causing me to drop a bag of China I had just bought, which fell to the bottom of the escalator and shattered. FML
Today, I embarrassed myself by screaming for help in a crowded mall when my shoelace got stuck at the top of the escalator. Someone behind me kicked the shoelace and it came out easily. FML
Today, I tripped getting on an escalator and instinctively grabbed the nearest person to steady myself. That person was a toddler. The mom screamed, I fell anyway, and the toddler just stared at me like I’d ruined his whole week. FML
Today, I went to Walmart with my Dad, and he decided to kick me in the butt while I was walking. When I went to kick him back, I hit my own leg out from beneath myself and landed on my face. The most embarrassing thing was that the people who saw all started clapping. FML
Today, I slipped fell down an entire flight of stairs in front of literally everyone, and after getting back up, I tripped down another flight. Then, instead of silently walking away, I started laughing like a maniac and now everyone probably thinks I'm dumb, clumsy, and crazy. FML
Today, as I was stood on an escalator, my shoelace got caught in the step. Panicking, I tried to pull it out, but my shoe came off. I had to awkwardly hop back down the escalator to retrieve it while everyone around me in the mall watched. FML
Today, I was in a shopping centre when a little girl was running up and down the aisles. She started to fall over so I put my hand out to catch her. Her mother then ran up to me and screamed about me 'touching her child' so loud that everyone could hear. FML
Today, I was in a shoe store. I picked up a shoe so I could look at it, but when I put it back on the shelf, the whole shelf fell down, making all the shoes fall to the ground. The people behind the counter started clapping. FML
Today, a guy grabbed my ass at the mall. I whirled around and went to sock him. He ducked and I accidentally hit the elderly woman standing behind him in the face. To say all hell broke loose would be an understatement. FML

Karma is a bitch, and it's obviously your mom's best friend. I'm pretty sure you're crying right now, realising that over 80,000 people think you deserve falling down the escalators because they are on your mother's side. You should seriously think about how you hurt your mother by throwing a tantrum in public. I bet that you threw a tantrum because your mother told you that you were being an immature child. Once again, Karma is a bitch, but not as big of a bitch as you were to your mother. You got what you deserved.

Wow, my mom is a complete bitch but I would never disrespect her that much. Especially in a public place. I've learned the best way to deal with my mother, not to yell at her. Speak to her calmly, you know like an adult that she is. You want your mother to stop pissing you off tell her what shes doing that's making you upset. Don't act like a spoiled brat. Reminds me of my brother, trust me hes the most disrespectful brat ever.

While I completely agree... YDI... I would have clapped, even cheered if your mother had actually *slapped* you down the escalator. HOWEVER... I also say FYL and FYmom'sL. If you actually had the nerve to scream at her in public, then that means she's been letting you get away with being a disrespectful brat for a long time. Shame on you for not knowing by now how to treat others with respect, and shame on her for not raising you right. IMHO... you BOTH deserve it.
