Today, I was at a professional hockey game. I wasn't paying attention and a puck was shot into the stands and hit me in the face. My mouth was bleeding and I lost two teeth. As I was trying to cough up my teeth the old man next to me shoved me over and stole the puck. Everyone cheered. FML

how do you get hit isn't there some sort of glass covering the audience unless somehow the puck flew what 10 - 15 ft over it

first of all, welcome to hockey. Second of all, I highly doubt this happened there are nets protecting people almost everywhere you look and it would have been on the news... Also if this did happen pay attention you can doge those things cause you are so far away from it cause if you are close there is glass there and it was most likely just a flip which are soft but can go up high which makes the puck able to get over the net or glass and hit people closer to the play and it causes them to fall fast but would give you plenty of time to doge it
