Your not suppose to go down the stairs 2 at at time is risky you are more likely to fall. Better to go up 2 at a time you get a workout and if you do trip you going to pretty much land where you are.

Holy shit, you're lucky that's all you did! I literally missed the bottom step on Tuesday and managed to nearly break my ankle. I have an aircast, my foot is nearly black from bruising, and it hurts like hell.

Maybe try going down the stairs.. one step at a time. No point of .. .. .. two-stepping 🥁
