Today, I had two of my wisdom teeth removed. One side of my face is completely swollen, and the other is normal. I feel like the elephant man. FML

I had all four removed at once, two of which were impacted meaning they had to be broken out of my jaw. I consumed only liquids for 9 days straight due to my jaw being swollen shut. I'm also highly sensitive to tylenol 300, therefore I'd be in no pain, just nauseous and puking or opt for zero pain medicine and being in excruciating pain. Suck it up, princess.

Totally hear you. All 4 of mine were impacted and I had to still take care of my 2 year old! I couldn't take pain meds for fear of falling asleep! And couldn't talk to her bc of lock jaw, and dry socket. Was the worst experience of my life. Can't really feel bad, that OP is complaining of some swelling. I wish that's all I had! Lol

You guys are all big babies. Try having seven removed all at once. Yes, seven. My eighth one is still chilling in the back of my jaw since my orthodontist figured it was too far back to ever become a problem. They x-rayed my jaw four times because the assistant thought the x-ray kept shifting. After the orthodontist look at it, he told me that 40+ years of working on people's teeth & jaw, he's never seen a full extra set. /Maybe/ a fifth tooth, but never a whole extra four. In other words, two or three isn't bad. And I envy that. Pansies. :P

don't bitch try having all four taken out, then even worse getting allergic reactions to both my meds they gave me. that's pain.
