We could do with details on how. If you hopped in and decided to assault the wall then YDI. If not, well I'm struggling to think of how it couldn't be your own fault as you should always check obstacles, selected gear, etc. before you try going anywhere.

Details are needed. Usually, this is a gas instead of brake deal, but I knew a guy who was getting in his car to go to work, opened the garage door and someone turned into the driveway and just slammed into them.
