Well now we don't exactly know that. For all we know she could have encouraged her 2 years ago 2 try the guy, but after seeing the OP take 2 years to do nothing, she decided to go ahead with the relationship and cement it. Now the friend and the crush will be happy 2gether

That's pretty terrible, but it's also got me thinking that you can't have been a really good friend either if you spent all that time talking about who you liked, and obviously not enough talking about who she was interested in. Neither of you come off as very nice people.
