If you have excessive body hair, then yeah, that can indicate some sort of hormone problem - especially in a woman, it could indicate PCOS. So if you generally have a lot of hair on your face, arms, back etc. then you might want to see a doctor because conditions like that can have other, more serious implications than just making you hairy, such as fertility problems. If, however, the hair is only in your nose, just pluck it out and move on. Seriously, there's more important stuff in life than this.
