Today, I called a pest control company to ask them to come over to my place to help get rid of rats. The person on the phone told me to "be a man and stop acting like a girl". I'm a woman. FML

Wild rats are very very different than domesticated ones. Domestic rats are friendly and will love their owner. Wild rats will bite you in your sleep and can carry disease. Some even chewed off infants fingers and toes.....while their parents were apparently too drugged up to hear or care. The pests need to be taken care of.

This from a supposedly professional pest control firm? Hire someone else, give him a big thumbs down with explanation on the appropriate webpages, and recommend someone else to your friends if they ever ask.
