Someone forgot Murphy's Law regarding questionable material - If you keep questionable stuff on your computer/phone/tablet, sooner or later someone other than the intended recipient WILL see it. If you don't want to get in trouble for having it on the device in question, don't PUT it there, or don't LEAVE it there.
Unless you either have no photos you don’t want generally shared or have them in a secure location in your phone, never hand the phone to someone else while looking at photos - It is always tempting to scroll and see what other photos are on your phone. And if you scrolled to a nude yourself, that’s just dumb. Organize your photos into albums and just show people the contents of appropriate albums. Or message or email selected photos you want to share.
