If you're working a job in im guessing clothing retail, it doesn't look good for the company if their employee doesn't know what the proper name for the garment is.

I have literally never heard them referred to as anything other than a "Wifebeater"
obviously depending on the audience I may just say a "white top" but it is a Wifebeater....

And what would that name be? I know there is one, but I’ve never heard it ever in my entire life. They’ve always been “wife bearers” or “white shirts.”
