Today, my boyfriend thought it would be romantic to throw pebbles at my bedroom window in the middle of the night. It triggered the burglar alarm, which woke up everyone in the house. If my parents didn't know I had a boyfriend before, they certainly do now. FML

Today, I took my boyfriend to meet my parents over dinner. During the meal, he excused himself to the bathroom, and when he didn't come back after a few minutes, I went to check up on him. I ended up finding him in the living room, pocketing a pack of ambien from my mom's bag. FML

I’m curious to how old you are. If you’re over 18 this is beyond a creepy move and they should respect your privacy. If you are under 18 why the hell are they letting your boyfriend over while they disrespect your privacy?

That's actually illegal, as per the 'Surveillance Devices Act 1999' You parents could potentially do jail time if your boyfriend reported it to police.
