It is a combination of diet, practice and genetics. Nothing you can do about the last, but like others pointed out your diet plays a lot here (also avoid vinegar). When you shower, you need to work on layers, Shrek. Deodorant soap and body wash (maybe even anti-bacterial on both) deordants and colognes as well as lotions if you use them. You can also see your Doctor for prescription strength soaps and deodorants. see if those can help
Also avoid garlic. It can really come out through your pores. Smoking and drinking (that is, if you’re old enough) should be avoided as well. And definitely talk to your doctor, they can check to see if there are hormonal imbalances causing extra odour/sebum production.
Is she talking about your odor or your personality?
The secret is rosewater. If she smells like roses, she probably uses it as a perfume. She might drink rose tea as well.
See your doctor.
