How about her parents deserve respect after kicking her out because that was their personal choice.. Actions dictate what people deserve. If I hire someone to mow my yard and they don't show up so I hire somebody else, when that person is done mowing I don't pay both nor do I respect both because one didn't do what I personally felt that he should.. I respect and pay the one who made the personal choices that cause them to deserve pay... That is a large factor in the mindset of entitlement.. Which is absurd...

By personal choices, I was referring to their private life - who they choose to sleep with, whether or not they want kids, etc. Perhaps I should have used a different word than 'choice' but I was referring to more than sexuality.

I don't know any legitimately gay people who have or will ever "go back". such as myself. I've always been gay and always will be. my 52 year old uncle hasn't magically become straight with age.
