She seriously could not take the time to ask!
I'm sorry but I think you're missing something. As a woman, if you believe you're being stalked, you don't go up to the potentially dangerous person whos obsessed with you and whos gender has a history of violence against yours and ask if you're being stalked, you go to the authorities right away to avoid being raped or killed
They didn't give you a chance to explain your side of the story? Simply showing them your schedule and telling them to compare it to hers should have cleared everything up.
don't show up to the detention, and when they ask where you were say you were busy following her around
Didn't you not show the principal your schedule??
Maybe should've initiated a conversation with her so she wouldn't get a bad vibe from you? Still FYL
And yet, when I had a legitimate stalker at my college, absolutely nothing was done about it. Multiple people witnessed him following me around campus taking pictures of me, and filming me with his webcam during the class we had together. I even went to the police, but was told not to engage him and pretend I didn't notice, but to never go anywhere alone. So, it seems in high school, people get punished when there's an unfounded suspicion of stalking, but actual stalkers face no repercussions in college, and the victim just has to constantly be on guard. Still managed a 4.0 that semester.
Sue the school. Either you are a stalker and they should call the police or you are not (which I believe! ) and they ruin your reputation.
Why is everybody so lawsuit hungry nowadays? Suing the school won't accomplish anything except possibly get this student expelled. The parents should deal with it.
Switch the genders around and you would get laughed at.
How do you know what her schedule is?! Stalker!!

Some bitches just want to feel important.
You obviously took all the same classes so you could stalk her more efficiently*sarcasm font*
