Proposing over the phone... LAME! He couldn't wait until she came back to actually give her a romantic proposal? One that she'll actually remember since they are planning on spending the rest of their life together? "Oh yeah, he proposed to me over the phone while I was in another country." WTF? FHL for having a ***** for a girlfriend. As for the OP, if you didn't know she had a boyfriend then okay. But if you knew... You definitely deserved it.
