Today, I was scrolling through my phone and saw a post from my nephew's mother, my brother's girlfriend. She has a swollen eye that my brother gave her. I've been telling him for months to get his temper in control, and now he's facing possible charges, and she's utterly traumatized. I wish I could cut off relations. FML

He needs therapy. Seriously. Not to say that he shouldn't be held accountable/charged/whatever, but he needs help. You can cut him off and stop talking to him, sounds like he probably deserves any charges brought against him at this moment. He had chances to get help before it went that far.
