go to the doctors immediately and get checked up many types of disorders, diseases and some infections create a foul odor but no symptoms because the odor is the symptom and ya only need to brush your teeth for two to three minutes over brushing can also cause problems and unless you have an excessive perspiration disorder you don't want to shower too much either per day cuz that can lead to skin issues but seriously go to a doctor and figure out if you really do have some sort of odor that could be a symptom of something
I agree. OP definitely needs to go see a doctor, that is not normal to smell like that especially with all that excessive cleaning.
Could it be one of those poop-scented all-natural antiperspirants? You might be going overboard with the tooth brushing.
Showering that much will trash your skin, and brushing that long is likely damaging your gums. As George Carlin once said: "Unless you work outdoors, or work out, or for some reason come in intimate contact with huge amounts of filth and garbage every day; you don’t always need to shower." No really, what exactly are you washing off after just an hour or two? Dollars to doughnuts says you didn't actually smell bad at all, but instead the commenter knows about your insanely overkill hygiene habits and (correctly) assumed that saying you're dirty or smelly would make you flip out.
