Today, and as of late, I have been struggling with the fact my child passed away. I guess that's considered weak, well according to the child's father it is, which is news to me. I thought it was a pretty normal reaction, but I guess not. Merry Christmas to me. FML

I lost my son, age 23, 3 1/2 years ago. There is nothing more horrible than an " out of order" death. I highly recommend that you either read or listen to "It's OK that your not OK" by Megan Devine. She writes from first hand experience. She is the person narrating in the audio version. Take care.

I’d also recommend finding a support group. Finding the right one helped me with the passing of my son. You need people who understand and, especially, don’t criticize your grief.
