I feel you there OP. I once had a customer follow me around the store badgering me to find out who dyed my hair (it's not dyed) so she could get them to do hers. Two hours later, three complaints to various managers and a threat to call corporate and report us all, my manager told her if she didn't leave me and other customers I was helping alone we'd have to call the police.

I've been there! I worked in a grocery store for a couple of years, and whenever extra bags would accidentally come off the ream, our managers encouraged us to just flatten them out and use them for the next customer so we weren't wasting bags. But people got all uptight thinking we'd pulled them out of the garbage or off the floor or something, though they were technically in just as good of condition as the "fresh" bags. It's okay, OP. People will find anything to complain about.

What did she want you to do? Iron it?

Maybe she wanted a cloth bag. Then again since you showed her multiple bags she was probably either just in a pissy mood or has a really weird OCD.

Shit like this is why i became a stripper instead of working in retail.
