Today, I had to have a very difficult and awkward conversation with my best friend about her fiancé hitting on me. She seemed completely unfazed and ended up admitting that a three-way with me was actually her idea, but she didn't want to "weird me out" by asking me about it. FML

Today, I introduced the girl I was talking to my best friend, and we all hung out. Until this day, her and I were doing great. After my friend left, she started gushing about how hot he is. He wasn't hitting on her at all. I reminded her that, and that he has a girlfriend. She was calm, but visibly upset. FML

Today, I invited over my best friend, whom I've loved for over a year, since she had to tell me "something important". I got excited and thought she was going to tell me she loved me too. She ended up coming out to me, and wanted to know if I would meet her girlfriend. FML

Today, after almost a year of having threesomes with my “best friend” and her husband, they both confessed that neither of them actually even like me. They just went along with it because they thought it’s what the other wanted. Now they won’t even talk to me. FML

Today, it was my best friend's wedding. The night ended with her in tears outside her hotel suite, where she confessed that she has a serious crush on me. I have a serious crush on her too. We're both straight women. I'm really confused. FML

Why? The friend may have not asked properly, but OP can still say no and move on with life. How is this worthy of losing a friendship?

If she's your best friend and clearly attracted to you, I wonder why she didn't bring this up sooner before she was even with someone. Unless it's in fact her husband/fiance who is actually really wanting you...

Just because you find someone attractive doesn’t mean you want to be in a relationship with them. Also, it doesn’t necessarily mean she is attracted to her. It could just be the three way she is interested in and decided her best friend was the best/safest option for that.
