Today, our office had a mock audit before the real thing. I got warning note for not maintaining proper databases for last year's activities. I only joined a few months ago. FML

You may only have just joined, but shouldn't last years records still exist somewhere? Audits look back several years, and it's still your job to collect and organize the relevant information

I think the key word is "maintaining." You can't maintain records for a time you were at a company.

Some of these get published months after they're submitted. Could be he started in late 2015 and their 'last year' was 2014.
