That's exactly what I was thinking. Whenever I've gotten a watch it comes with a piece of paper explaining the warranty on it. If you take that to the store, or explain it to whatever company you bought it from if it was online, they shouldn't have any trouble replacing it for you... Just don;t expect your money back instead, they probably wont do that.

funny how ppl assume she can get a refund. most places have no refund policly or if she has it longer than so many days she can't return it soooo Yah she probably can't return it.

If it's supposed to be waterproof but isn't then somebody has to give here either a new watch or a refund. unless it's waterproof to a certain depth and she exceeded it.
