Something similar happened to me. A girl I used to be dating had an identical twin, like they used to play tricks on me because there was literally no difference between them. They took it too far one day and the twin came home pretending to be my girlfriend, and I ended up nailing her. Now ex-girlfriend came home and flipped. Girls can be bitches.
