Today, it's my birthday and my kids made me a card. Unfortunately, my kids used the wall for paper. Now I have red and blue crayon all over my bedroom wall. FML

Today, it was my birthday and everyone in the office chipped in to buy me a card, and nothing but a card. It had a pre-written message on it and a space to write "Love, *insert name*" where everyone signed their names. The "Love" was crossed out and replaced with "From". FML

Today, I left the living room for 3 minutes to make a coffee. When I went back, my 4-year old had found a permanent marker, God knows where, since I don't own a permanent marker. She'd then drawn on her face, the carpet, wall, sofa, both dogs and as an added bonus the TV screen. FML

Exactly what I was thinking Imaginary Foe! OP - one day your children will grow up and you will miss these moments. So, cherish them now, eat them up, hug them and tell them you absolutely love it! ps. Make sure they use paper next time or you house is gonna end up as one big Hallmark card. lol

u gotta give them some credit. thats prety awesome. I would consider that to be a great birthday present jit because they spent the time putting it on the wall. its nice to know theyre thinking of you!
