Today, I drove 120 miles to spend a few days with my girlfriend. Less than 12 hours into my stay, she dumped me. FML

If she's going to break up with you simply because she doesn't like the regularity of your visits, then I say you're lucky to get out. Imagine how she'd react when you had hit your first major hurdle in the relationship. Communicating, compromising and working out your differences is key in a relationship.
