It's those words "in love with..." that did it. You don't tell random people you've been "in love with them" for three years. That's ******* creepy. Now, if you had said something NORMAL, like, "I'd like to go out for coffee sometime", you probably wouldn't be in this position. Weirdo.

Did he tell you not to and you kept propositioning? Otherwise if he did not express that it was in some way unwanted then he has little case unless you said something outrageous.
