Today, I spent two hours filling out an online application and questionnaire for a potential employer. The application stated that there were no right or wrong answers and to answer truthfully. I was automatically rejected. FML

There are no right or wrong answers, but they are looking for somebody to work for them. So if the question was "Do you drink?" and you put "Yes, even while driving" the answer is not wrong, but you won't get the job :/

If at first you don't succeed, you aren't Chuck Norris.

That's like at church things... There's not a 'right' answer but there's always that one you know they want you to say.

Don't believe them when they say answer honestly.

Sorry op but everyone knows you lie on job interviews

Use common sense, the only answers you should use are Strongly agree - Strongly disagree. Answer the questions in the way you think the potential employer would want.

If OP is Male, I can understand. All us males are always wrong.

There are things on applications you don't tell the truth about.

There's ALWAYS a right and a wrong answer.
