Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Today, a girl I rejected, who is also a good friend, wrote on Facebook, “I’m never letting a guy get close to me again!” when I finally posted my new girlfriend. I avoided posting her before to avoid hurting her feelings because I knew she was still pining for me. Now I feel like an asshole and I lost a good friend. FML
Today, my girl bestie, who I secretly have a crush on, sent me a screenshot of my girlfriend tagging me on a Facebook post, saying, “So when were you planning on telling me you have a girlfriend?” I fucking told my girlfriend not to tag me on shit in social media but she did it anyway. Now my bestie won’t talk to me. FML
Today, my girlfriend’s friend decided she wanted to tell her that I was flirting with other girls, just so we would break up. It worked. FML
Today, I introduced my girlfriend to a female friend of mine, because I thought they would get along. Apparently they get along better than I expected; she dumped me for the other girl. FML
Today, I made a fake Facebook account for a girl, and then set my relationship status to make it look like the fake person was my girlfriend. Someone found out and hacked the fake account. My fake girlfriend just dumped me over Facebook. FML
Today, the girl who rejected me because she said she was a lesbian got Facebook official with another guy. I called her out on her lying and she replied, “Take it as a hint, now get out of my Messenger before I call the zookeeper.” FML
Today, my friend told me she saw the girl I like at a single's night after I'd asked her out and rejecting me, for being in a complicated relationship. FML
Today, I was fired from a managerial position I've held for two years due to "inappropriate relations with a subordinate": I was dating a coworker. My girlfriend then broke up with me four hours later. Because I no longer had a job. I hired her. FML
Today, my girlfriend got into my Facebook account and changed our relationship status to single, just to see which of my friends would "like" it. After revealing to me what she did, she now says I can no longer be friends with anyone who liked it. FML
Today, I was shopping with my girlfriend, when a girl came out of nowhere, screaming at me for cheating on her, and saying she was dumping me. I've never seen her before, and she was almost grinning during her little act, but my girlfriend believed it, and I'm now single. FML
Feel like sharing it with the other FML users?

If the girlfriend isn't interested in your side now, she never was going to be. You may have dodged a bullet there.

if you have conversation proof I.e. texts or emails, screen shot them and post so your former gf will see your proof and you can call the chick out at the same time.

You think it's acceptable to treat your partner as guilty until proven innocent? I think this guy got rid of 2 harmful people in his life.

I think that once he proves to her that she lied, she can helo him get back at her and the he can dumo her. I hope this made sense because Im having trouble understanding what i wrote myself.

The psycho coworker isn’t what caused your break up. Your now ex just wanted an excuse to get out. If she actually cared she would have at least heard you out. So I mean in a way you owe a thanks to your coworker. She saved you from a possible divorce settlement and child support payments. Plus now you have money you’re not spending on her for yourself. Maybe send your coworker a thank you card?

Now you can work your way out of your co-worker’s friend zone. You did say you rejected her because you have a girlfriend. Well, that issue is moot now.

It was her plan all along!

Why would he bother. The ***** is not worth having. If she lied once, she will lie again. All around douche that is poison! Avoid at all costs!

Were there any witnesses to her asking you out? Wow, that's ridiculous. FYL indeed. It almost makes me wonder if they were in cahoots.

If your gf believes some random coworker over you, you're probably better off.

Not the most trusting relationship by the looks of it. If she dumps you based on someone making a comment with no evidence that is not the sign of a long-term relationship in the making,

Next time dither about it and report her to HR for making you uncomfortable by asking you out despite knowing you have a girlfriend. Though in all honesty, you sounds like you are better off without your now-ex-gf, because that much lack of trust meant either you had a relationship that was super fragile already, or that the incident was just an excuse to dump you.

If you really wanted to, you can sue your coworker for defamation of character.

Wow. Those bonds of loyalty were ultra fragile.
