that is abusive behavior, she is controlling you by making you feel guilty and powerless. you have to let go of her now if you want to have a happy fulfilling life, because there is no way you can have that when married to someone like that. and after, take some time to get to know who you are, so you have more self confidence going into the next relationship than you did in this one.
