Your brother has problems with taking aadvantage of other people. Taking peephole pics of you; selling them to make money; wasting said money on his own futile entertainment. Force him to let you make a video of him masturbating, and threaten to sell it to all his classmates in school if he ever does anything like that again. Then, tell him he has to pay you all the money he earned from selling your pics, and then delete all his WoW accounts characters, computers - the lot. Sorry - I tried to think of something witty and entertaining to say here, but words failed me...
