Dear OP, Welllllllll, to be fair... and you have to be honest now... are you applying for this barn residence because you're always on the move, traveling from town to town selling your skills as the country's best Cooler to the most deserved of small-town-bar-owners? This post was worded as a destitute observation regarding a supposedly bleak circumstance... yet it has the potential to turn into an adventure of Swayze-like proportions. Not enough available information; jury is out.
