Today, as I was on the couch taking a nap, it started violently shaking. I panicked and chased my family outside, convinced it was an earthquake. It was just the cat trapped inside the couch. FML

I'm not from Missouri, I'm in Illinois. The location is waaayyy wrong. I'm actually about 3 hours away from Missouri.

Oh okay, that makes more sense for an earthquake with some major plates down there. Here in the central part there isn't much worry for the earthquakes. Good thing to be prepared though!

Yeah, last big earthquake we had was in 2008 and I'm still skittish. It happened at four am and our house is built on 55gal drums so it was louder and shakier than it should have been
