Tantrum

Today, I had a great idea for a group project at work, so I shared it with my team and my supervisor. They seemed to like it very much, except one guy in our group, who outranks me and who threw a massive temper tantrum because, “I didn't consult him first before sharing it.” This big baby makes 3 times my income. FML

Now you are learning how the world works. The big baby can't have you coming up with big ideas on your own! Why are they paying him so much if the low-paid grunts are doing the work? You needed to talk to him first and make him feel like a genius by having the vision for you to present it to the whole group. Sounds like bullshit, right? It is.
