Today, I read an article about how sleeping on your stomach makes you look older. That's the only way I can fall asleep. FML

Where did you read this article? With such a subjective outcome like "look older", the "study" behind this is likely junk.

Seems like BS. I sleep on my stomach. I am almost 40 and still get carded to buy energy drinks. Its genetics and skin care and facial expressions.
