Today, I was sending screenshots to my best friend about a guy who'd screwed me over. I sent the screenshots to him instead. FML
Today, I found out that my 'girlfriend', who I've been emailing with, was really my friend playing a prank on me. He asked me for naked pictures of myself and I sent them to him. FML
Today, I got a new smartphone and wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a naughty picture with it. A few minutes after sending it, I got a reply back from my girlfriend. And my best friend. And my sister. And everyone on my contacts list. FML
Today, I got a text from a woman containing many naked pictures of her. Apparently she meant to send those to her boyfriend whose number is one digit from mine. The bad part? My girlfriend was using my phone when I received that message. FML
Today, I was trying to be sexy and sent my new boyfriend a nude. Before we started dating, I had hooked up with three of his friends which he was super insecure about. Somehow I accidentally sent it to a group chat which included five different people besides us. All of those friends were in it. FML
Today, I was drunk and sent my friend a picture of my penis. He edited the picture and put hands and sunglasses on it before sending it to practically everyone I know. FML
Today, I sent the girl I like flowers, only to have her later post a picture of them online, saying, "Ha! When losers send you flowers." FML
Today, my best friend went in for her scheduled mammogram, and I sent her a text saying, "How're your boobies?" It was only after I sent it that I realized I'd sent it to my history professor. FML
Today, I sent a text to the girl I've been getting to know online, text which was meant for my best friend. It was a screenshot of my her Instagram page with the caption, "I can't believe I'm actually going to talk to her today." FML
Today, I sent a guy that I like a lot a picture of myself. I'd got all dressed up sexy and did my make-up. He sent me a reply saying, "Your cat is fat." FML

Why is that an fml? Do you have feelings for her? Saying that she’s your best female friend doesn’t automatically imply that. It’s only an fml if you have feelings for her and she knew that when sending the pic.

Take it for what it is. You said she is your best friend. She trusts you enough to send you a nude for commentary, it’s not often you find someone that’s trusts you that well and on the flip side it’s hard to find someone to trust enough to send that too. I know you are complaining about being friend zoned, however I’ve been there and I am in this exact situation and while we both have our own spouses now, we are each other’s closest friends, supporters and allies outside of our spouses. Don’t squander the trust she has placed in you and you will have a friend for life in her.
