That happened to me when I was younger. Initial diagnosis was IBS and then later Hashimoto’s (thyroid autoimmune disorder). Definitely get it checked out.
There are many things that could be from the flu, food poisoning, to being pregnant or who knows what. Go to your doctor if you can get in quickly or to an urgent care (don’t go to the ER). The doctor can probably narrow down what is going on. In the meantime, I suggest soda crackers (saltines) and soda (cola, 7-up/sprite, or ginger ale). Just go slow and easy on them. They usually tend to settle the stomach, but aren’t a long term diet suggestion. I assume you aren’t going through chemotherapy or you would have mentioned that. Chemo was hell for me until the doctor found a medication that worked for me for the nausea.
