Unless you’re in charge of buying servers for a company, why are you spending someone else’s money?
I'm going to assume OP meant what you're asking. Being given the OK for a budget to purchase a server and find out it was a scam? OP, I'm sure you purchased with a credit card. You know, if you find out something is fraudulent you can call your CC company right away and they'll stop the payment. Hell, they'd do it if it never arrived either!
Aw, poor guy! I'm a rich, young widow and would like to be your sugar mama, and give you an allowance of $500 a week. Just send me your bank routing number and account number, so I can start paying you directly. Sorry, no anal.
