It seems like there's been a bit of a misunderstanding here. He probably meant to send that to your butt. You just happen to share the same phone number. Now hand over the phone to the intended recipient! And while I don't really condone his behavior, bear in mind that the guy might not be interested in being used as a boyfriend-without-sex. Or he's just a thirsty douchebag. Actually, that sounds quite more likely in this case.
He also likes you for your Netflix subscription. That qualifies as a meaningful relationship these days.
Have to really commend that guys honesty and directness. Lots of people aren't honest with themselves or others about what they want.
While I understand that this is not really classy behavior, I do have to admire that he was direct and honest. At least you know where you stand with him, and he wants to know what kind of relationship you want to have with him. As a matter of curiosity, did you take him up on it?
