"Head bouncer?" Does anyone else see a guy playing basketball with human heads? Just me?
Queue the training montage, either he will have to respect you, or wont be able to throw you afterwards... if all else fails you could try to claim assault lawl.. if you absolutely have to get in... it should be pretty challenging to actually throw someone and not cause serious damage, if they actually throw you out on concrete unprovoked that could be pretty serious especially on concrete that could possibly be fatal, if he just looks at you and lays you out on sight that is definitely assault : P
and this is why I wear steel toed boots...and people have knees, just saying...
One bullies are usually afraid of something. They exert power to people they perceive to be weaker than them. That said, why would you want to go to a club that employs people like him? I’d write a yelp review stating everything you stated here and also why didn’t you call the police? Him throwing you on the ground is assault and if it was concrete it could be construed as attempted murder even if that wasn’t his intention. I don’t know if you drank before the club for liquid courage (which is what he may say regardless if you drank or not) but even if you were that was too far. He could have called the police. I would still file a report and if it’s been a while I’d state how you weren’t sure if you should say something and then chose to speak up so it’s on record in case there is someone else who needs to make a report.
Agree. As a person who was assaulted and my head hit concrete, I still have memory issues from the brain injury it caught, but rather than police which do nothing, just walk up and kick him in the nuts with steel toed boots. I believe in self respect and self defence. Police can go **** themselves. They stood by and watched as my head hit concrete and didn’t help at all. I was assaulted over a person hitting me while i was parking (i had a handicapped placard, he had none, he hit my car to take the handicapped spot then assaulted me when it damaged HIS car after hitting me). Police can go **** themselves
He knows you're still spineless. Dude, do something about it.
