Poor good girl

Today, I woke up, got out of bed, but I didn’t notice the dog right next to my bed and accidentally kicked her. All the treats, apologies, and attempted pets in the world won’t help. FML

Dogs are ephemeral. If it doesn’t trust you, i doubt this is the first time, or you really did injure the dog. Check for permanent injuries and get treatment. You may have broken a rib.

Treats will always help. So will belly rubs. Verbal apologies are useless. Dogs don't understand them.
