Today, it's the third day that I can't sleep. Somewhere in my room, there's a mosquito craving for my blood, and every time I'm about to fall asleep, I can hear it flying around. I'm covered in bites, even in places that barely see the daylight. FML

Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Today, I keep killing flies in my room, probably dozens on a daily basis, and yet every day there seems to be more of them. I have to sleep backwards in my bed so the droning of the fan drowns out the buzzing noise, or else I can't sleep. Even then, I sometimes jump awake when one lands on my ear, which is often. FML
Today, three days after finally having a bed to sleep on, I woke up with multiple bedbug bites. I can't use my blankets, wear any of my clothes and it's back to sleeping on the floor for me. FML
Today, I woke up to a huge, disgusting bug next to my bed. As I tried to squish it, it suddenly flew off at high speed. Now I'm lying in bed, awake and terrified because I can hear it buzzing around but can't see it anywhere. FML
Today, I escaped my husband's snoring by going to sleep on our sleeper couch, only to be welcomed by an excited mosquito population, which sounding like, "Happy hour guys, she's on her period, let's suck this eternal source of blood!" I went back next to my husband and I didn't sleep, but at least wasn't being bitten. FML
Today, I got a mosquito bite under each armpit. FML
Today, I finally slapped the shit out of the mosquito that had been buzzing around my room all night. I celebrated, turned off the light, and immediately began hearing another one. FML
Today, I got a mosquito bite inside my cast. FML
Today, I decided to lay out and tan. I fell asleep and got sun burned and bitten numerous times by mosquitoes. If I scratch my itch, the burn hurts terribly. If I don't scratch it, it itches terribly. FML
Today, I'm allergic to not only bug spray, but also mosquitos. I'm staying at a bug-infested lake for 5 days. FML
Today, I've been awake since 3 a.m. Why? A bat flew into the house and made its way to my bedroom. We haven't been able to find it. FML

This doesn't sound like a mosquito(s), it sounds more like a bed bug problem... should get that checked out asap.

Have you considered buying some repulsive spray at some point or are you waiting until you get a chance to kill it? But I'd bet on the bed bugs alternative. I wish you good luck with it because you're gonna need it, it's almost impossible to get rid of it. You might want to buy a new bed and call an exterminator for your house and clothes.

I had the same problem, try a rub-on mosquito repellant to avoid being stung, and download a Rain sounds app. The sound is usually more nerve wrecking than the Sting itself

Regardless of the technicalities, I feel you. Every time I go outside, the mosquitos sniff dramatically and say, “She’s here!” They always manage to get in my house too. Outside for 5 mins? At least 10 bites. Never fails

mosquito netting hanging canopy, get that for above your bed. when i was 12yrs old my mom mentioned seeing that at the store, i begged her for money and literally ran to the store to buy it. i hate mosquitos at night and can't sleep with them buzzing in my ear but the netting offers protection.
