Today, I'm actually starting to miss my former heroin addict neighbor because of how mellow he was compared to my new neighbors. FML

Your better off with your new noisy neighbors. Heroin addicts will stop at nothing to get their next fix, like ripping off their neighbors. Trust me, I know. It happened to me.
