get out of the bathroom (trust me on this one) discreetly pour water in front of the kitchen sink (I know more flowing water won't help in the short run but it'll pay out in the long run ) tell your parents the kitchen sink is leaking they'll focus on that and you'll be in peace to piss

Maybe you can relax somehow. Lock the door so noone could barge in, get headphones to listen to music and close your eyes to isolate yourself.

If that were me, I would not appreciate my parents trying to get involved with my bathroom habits. They need to leave you alone.

what they are doing to you is abusive, and can cause you to have medical issues such as a UTI, and can lead to a weakened bladder.

That's not good for your kidneys. I wonder if there is some sort of medication you can take, if one of the other suggestions on here doesn't work.
