When we are in pain, discomfort, or feeling depressed everything can look bad with no hope of improvement. But OP you will get over this… And it goes without saying, get your COVID latest update booster shot to avoid this sort of thing.
not everything is covid and boosters were already found to do nothing. I've had covid 5 times those shots are a waste just like the flu shot. the sickness going around isn't even covid.
Universe is telling you nothing. People are disgusting and so you unfortunately caught something. You need to look after yourself extra in public, since COVID, people forget how to be ill in public by covering mouths and noses and using tissues. So you need to do extra to protect yourself. Washing hands before eating, hand sanitiser after public transport, cleaning keyboards and computer mice, face masks if so inclined, hold your breath for 6 seconds after someone coughs or sneezes so germs can settle elsewhere (this one might not work but I do it anyway). Germs and viruses spread because people are gross. Sorry you are ill, but it isn't the universe. Don't give up on hope that you can have good things!
